Set Data Permissions

If your district is automating uploads, you may prefer that changes to user accounts and rosters be submitted exclusively through the automation process. HMH offers the ability for administrators to lock down the management permissions of user and class data.

Note: Be aware that users can still change their passwords as that function is not locked down.

Data permissions must be set by platform and must be set within the platform. See the following links for instructions to set data permissions for your organization's platform(s).
