Roster: Clear Data

Note: Only district administrators are allowed to clear centralized user store data. School administrators are not allowed to clear data and do not see this page.

What is this step and why is it needed?  

We recommend that you clear all data on your platforms as part of your initial load for the new school year to ensure that all your organization’s old data is removed and in direct alignment with your next import. Clearing your data after the school year has started has the potential for data loss across assignments and assessments.
