Note: Setting up a default import administrator applies to ThinkCentral (TC) and Holt McDougal Online (HMO) users only; Ed, the HMH Learning Platform users do not set up a default import administrator.
To import data for TC and/or HMO, HMH strongly recommends that you set up a default import administrator. This is the user who is responsible for importing to HMH platforms.
If you are importing data to both TC and HMO, your username must be the same for both applications or you must be set up as the default import administrator for your organization within TC or HMO. Only one user can be set up with the role of default import administrator.
Note: If you do not have a district account on one of these platforms, contact User Maintenance to get one created.
