Add a School Administrator for a selected school.

*The setup for some districts does not allow School Administrators to add SAs.

In Holt McDougal Online, there can be multiple administrators for a school.

To add a School Administrator:

1.    Click Administrator and select Add School Administrator. The ADMIN page appears.

Note: A portion of the screen is shown here. To return to the Holt McDougal Online application, click Back to My HRW.com at the top left of the screen.

2.    *Select School Administrator.

3.    Complete the fields.

      HMH Username — Type a username. Spaces are not allowed. The username is case sensitive. It can contain the ampersand symbol (@), underscores (_), hyphens (-), or periods (.).

Note:

      The username must be unique to the district, and if the user accesses HMH Player® or ExamView®, the username must be globally unique.

      Once a username is saved, it cannot be changed.

 

      First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name — Type the user’s name.

      Password, Confirm Password — Type and then retype the password. See the following password requirements.

      *SchoolA list of schools appears when you place your cursor in the field. Select a school.

      Email — Type the user’s email. The same email address cannot be used for more than one user.

4.    Click Save. If there are no errors, the Success message appears.  The account is created.

5.    To return to Holt McDougal Online, click Back to My HRW.com at the top left of the screen.
