Forgot Login Details

The Forgot login details? link allows you to request user name information and reset passwords. When you click Forgot login details?, you link to Holt McDougal Online or ThinkCentral and complete the steps to retrieve your user name or reset your password.

Once you complete the steps to retrieve your user name or reset your password, return to HMH Player and log in. If you receive an error, contact your school district technical support administrator for assistance.

Note: You can launch Holt McDougal Online or ThinkCentral directly to perform these tasks without accessing HMH Player. The results are the same.

To retrieve your Holt McDougal Online username:

The steps to retrieve your username or reset your password are the same for Holt McDougal Online.

1. From the HMH Player login page, tap Forgot login details?. The Forgot Username or Reset Password page appears.

2. Type your email address and tap Submit. You receive additional instructions through the email address that you supply.

To retrieve your ThinkCentral user name:

The steps to retrieve your user name or reset your password vary slightly for ThinkCentral depending on which task you perform, retrieving your user name or resetting your password.

User Name

From the HMH Player login page, tap Forgot login details?. The Welcome to ThinkCentral page appears.
Tap Forgot User Name. The Forgot User Name (Teachers and Administrators only) page appears.
Complete the information fields and click Submit. You receive additional instructions through the email address that you supply.

Password

From the HMH Player login page, click Forgot login details?. The Welcome to ThinkCentral page appears.
Complete the following information fields and click Reset Password.

Single Sign On

➔ Use the steps provided by your school district technical support administrator.

Note: If you experience difficulties resetting your Single Sign On password, you must contact your school district technical support administrator for assistance.
