The first time you log in to HMH Player, you must log in online with a connection to the Internet. After your initial log in, you can download your materials and work offline, as needed, with some exceptions.
The following tasks require you to log in to HMH Player online with an Internet connection.

● Set or reset your passcode, see Set Your Passcode or Change Your Passcode
● Reset your password or student passwords, see Forgot Login Details? to reset your password or Reset Student Passwords
If your school uses Single Sign on, the first time you log in, you must set a four-digit passcode for offline access.
if you fail to log in after three attempts, you are locked out of HMH Player and Holt McDougal Online or ThinkCentral for five minutes.
