Set Your Passcode

The first time you log in using Single Sign On credentials, HMH Player requires you to set a passcode for offline access. This allows you to log in to HMH Player when your device is not connected to the Internet.

Note: You only need to create and use a passcode with Single Sign On credentials.

To set your four-digit passcode:

HMH Player uses a numeric keypad to enter and confirm your passcode.

1. Launch HMH Player and log in using your Single Sign On credentials. A numeric keypad appears prompting you to enter a four-digit number as your passcode.

2. Using the numeric keypad display, type a four-digit number.

3. When prompted, type the same four-digit number a second time to confirm your entry. A confirmation message appears indicating that your four-digit code was set for offline access.

4. Tap the check mark to close the message display. The HMH Player dashboard appears.
