Reset Student Passwords

Students cannot reset their own passwords. This task requires a teacher and depends on the log in type.  

To reset passwords:

Access the appropriate Help resource to reset student passwords.

●      Holt McDougal Online:  See Update and Reset Student Passwords  in the Holt McDougal Online Teacher and Student Online Help.   

●      ThinkCentral:  See Reset Student User Names or Passwords in the ThinkCentral Teacher Help.

●      Single Sign On:  Contact your school district technical support administrator.

Note:  If you experience difficulties resetting student Single Sign On passwords, you must contact your school district technical support administrator for assistance.
