Request SFTP Access

 

●      Do you support FTP?  

We only support Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) as all data transferred must be over a secure channel.

 

●      Do you support Key Encryption?

We do not support SFTP key encryption at this time.  

 

To set up an SFTP site (first-time users):

 

➔    Click the Create SFTP Site button. A progress bar displays as the site is created, which takes an average of 5 to 10 seconds.

When completed, your connection information appears, and an auto-generated password displays.

 

To reset the SFTP password:

 

The password field displays only at the time of site creation or reset. If you forget your password, you can have the system auto-generate a new one but you must update your File Transfer tools (for example: WinSCP, Putty, and so on) to use the new password.

 

1.    Click the Reset Password button. A warning appears asking you to confirm that you want to reset the password.  

 

2.    In the warning box, click the Reset Password button. A progress bar displays. When completed, the connection information updates and the new password appears.

 

To delete the SFTP site:

 

You can delete the SFTP site if you decide to stop uploading files; this is common if your organization is moving to an API solution.

 

1.    Click the Delete SFTP Site button. A warning appears asking you to confirm that you want to delete the site.

 

2.    In the warning box, click the Delete SFTP Site button to complete the removal.
