Roster School Administrator: Set Up Roster - Other

1.    Select Other. The fields on the page change to accommodate your selection.

 

2.    Prepare your files for import; see instructions for the rostering platform/type you wish to use:

 

–      ThinkCentral: Prepare and Import Using ThinkCentral

 

–      Holt McDougal Online: Prepare and Import Using HMO

 

–      Manual Account Creation:  

○      ThinkCentral – Add User Accounts

○      Holt McDougal Online – Add Student Accounts and Add Teacher Accounts

 

–      To populate the organization field (School PID field for ThinkCentral and the School field for HMO), see Locate MDR PIDs.

 

–      LMS: The best solution for LMS users is to use OneRoster API or OneRoster CSV for both the LMS and HMH products.

 

3.    When your file is prepared, click Upload File and then click Submit. The file uploads to our system.
