Use Shortcut Log In Option

If you are a return user who does not use single sign on (SSO), you can avoid having to select your district and school every time you log in by using a shortcut URL option to access Ed: the HMH Learning Platform.

Before you begin . . .

To use this option, you need your district's Market Data Retrieval (MDR) number, also known as the school permanent identification (PID) number or MDR PID.

Note: If you received or requested a "Sign In Details" email, the shortcut URL is provided in that email.

To log in to Ed using a shortcut URL:

➔ Open Ed using the following log in shortcut URL:

https://www.hmhco.com/ui/login/?connection=########

where ######## = your district MDR PID

For example, if your district MDR PID is 12345678, you can access your Ed account by typing the URL:

https://www.hmhco.com/ui/login/?connection=12345678
